CNN Could Have Committed a Felony

According to Wikileaks’ Julian Assange, CNN appears to have possibly committed a serious felony.

Julian Assange states that CNN could be in violation of a federal code in relation to the 1st Amendment, stemming from their handling of the creator of a WWE/Trump/CNN-themed meme.

CNN appears to have threatened the meme creator, who was found via redsite, with releasing his personal information, a claim which many are calling blackmail.

From CNN:

CNN is not publishing “HanA**holeSolo’s” name because he is a private citizen who has issued an extensive statement of apology, showed his remorse by saying he has taken down all his offending posts, and because he said he is not going to repeat this ugly behavior on social media again. In addition, he said his statement could serve as an example to others not to do the same.

CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.

There are some reports that this individual could even be a kid of 15-years of age, and some say he is an adult.

In either case, this is blackmail for freedom of expression.

Has CNN gone too far this time?
